We believe the entire island of Puerto Rico should be easier to navigate — for both visitors and residents.  Expanding access expands opportunity, and everyone should benefit.

In Puerto Rico, traveling from one town to another often feels like solving a puzzle.  Whether you’re a visitor trying to reach the beaches of Luquillo, a resident commuting between San Juan and Ponce, or a remote worker headed to Rincón, you’ve likely noticed the same problem: there’s no simple way to get there.

PR Jitney was built to fix that.

We identified a clear gap in regional mobility and designed a solution from the ground up: a fixed-route, scheduled intercity transit service that’s reliable, bilingual, professional, and tech-enabled.

Each vehicle will run on a published timetable with flat-rate pricing and online booking. Riders can expect clean, climate-controlled buses, real-time GPS tracking, onboard safety technology, and friendly bilingual support.  Whether you’re a visitor, student, or commuter, our service makes island travel easier, safer, and more predictable.

PR Jitney isn’t just building routes — we’re building a new transportation network designed for flexibility, visibility, and long-term public value for Puerto Rico.
